These terms govern your use of altapadel.us and the documents published on it. By using the site or downloading a document, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Alta Padel, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, publishes this site.
The documents are guidance, not engineering
This is the most important thing on this page, so it comes first.
Alta Padel publishes technical documents covering court specifications, groundworks and foundations, installation sequencing, lighting, maintenance, and club development. These describe our standard products and our general approach. They are written to help you plan, budget, and brief your own professional team.
They are not a design for your site, and they are not a substitute for one. Slab thicknesses, reinforcement, ring beam dimensions, drainage falls, wind loading, electrical design, and lighting layouts all depend on conditions we have not seen — your soil, your climate, your exposure, your local code, and your building department. Figures given in our documents are typical values for typical conditions.
Before you build, the design must be prepared, reviewed and stamped by a qualified engineer or other licensed professional retained by you, working from a site investigation of your actual location. Where their design differs from our published figures, their design governs. We do not accept responsibility for work carried out on the basis of our general documents without that review.
Dimensional data, layouts and quantities should be confirmed against the drawings issued for your specific project before any material is ordered or any concrete is poured.
Specifications and pricing
Product specifications, materials, finishes and component sources may change as we improve the courts or as supply requires. The documents on this site describe the range as it stood on the date each document carries.
Rates published on this site — including service and consulting rates — are indicative and current at the date shown. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding agreement is formed only by a written quotation or proposal issued by Alta Padel and accepted in writing, and its terms prevail over anything on this site if the two differ.
Warranty
Nothing on this site creates a warranty. Warranty coverage for courts supplied by Alta Padel is set out in our Warranty & Terms document (AP-WAR-2026) and in your contract. Those documents govern.
The site itself and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our content
The documents, drawings, photographs, figures, text, court model designations and the Alta Padel name and logo are owned by Alta Padel, LLC or used by us under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may download, print and share our documents internally for the purpose of evaluating, planning or delivering a padel project. That is what they are for.
You may not: republish them or host them elsewhere; modify them or strip our identification from them; present them as your own work or your own specification; use them to solicit a competing supplier or to have a competing product manufactured; or use them for any commercial purpose other than the project you are evaluating with us.
Third-party names appearing in our documents remain the property of their owners.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alta Padel, LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, delay, or cost of substitute goods or services, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it, whether the claim is brought in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site and its content will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed contract for the supply of courts or services, which is governed by that contract, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, submit false information through its forms, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Privacy
Information you submit through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not affect the dispute resolution provisions of any signed contract between us, which govern that contract.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, carrying the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
