Before you pour
Send us your drawings.
We review foundation drawings at no charge before concrete is ordered. It takes two business days and it is the cheapest insurance on the project. Email drawings to info@altapadel.us with the site name in the subject line.
If you have found something on a court
Photograph it — a wide shot for location and a close-up for detail — note which court and where on it, and send it to service@altapadel.us with the club name in the subject.
Anything on the glass goes straight to us the same day. A chip that looks trivial is the one thing on a padel court that can become a safety issue between one session and the next.
