Alta Padel, LLC ("Alta Padel," "we," "us") operates altapadel.us. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and what we do with it. It is written to describe what actually happens rather than to cover every possibility, and we will update it if that changes.

What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. There is no account to create and no login on this site.
Through the document request forms. Your name, email address, company or club name, the type of project you are working on, and which document you requested.
Through the contact form. Your name, email address, the type of project, and whatever you write in the message field.
Through the project intake form on our Get Started page. Your name, email address and phone number, your project or club name, where the site is, the type of project, and your answers about courts, site, timing, budget, drawings and how you heard about us, plus anything you write in the message field.
If you email or call us directly. Whatever you send or tell us, and our reply.
We do not collect payment card details, government identification, or any special category of personal information through this website.
What we do not collect
We want to be specific about this, because many privacy policies are vague where it matters:
- We run no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- We run no advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn insight tag, no remarketing of any kind.
- We do not buy personal information about you from data brokers, and we do not enrich or append to what you give us.
Why we use it
We use what you give us for one purpose: to respond to you. That means sending the document you asked for, answering your question, preparing a quotation or proposal, and continuing the conversation about your project.
We do not send marketing email. If you download a document from this site, you will not be added to a newsletter or a drip sequence. You will hear from us if we are replying to you, or if we are working on a project together.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We do not exchange it for anything of value.
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under their own terms:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
If we ever bring on a manufacturing or installation partner who needs your project details to quote or deliver your work, we will tell you at the time. We do not pass your details to third parties for their own use.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies at all. It is a static site with no analytics and no tracking, so there is nothing for us to ask your consent about, and you will not see a cookie banner.
Netlify may use strictly necessary technical measures to serve the site and to protect its forms from automated abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and the correspondence that follows them for three years from our last contact with you, then delete them. Records connected to a project we actually delivered are kept longer, for warranty, tax and contractual reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email info@altapadel.us and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have specific statutory rights over your personal information — including residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws. We honor these requests from anyone who asks, regardless of where they live, rather than sorting people by residence. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children
This site is intended for people evaluating commercial and residential padel court projects. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are held in the accounts described above, which are protected by access controls and multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
